Tender Opportunity 

We are looking to replace our Air Conditioning system which serves our three serviced office buildings. 

Scope of works:

To remove and replace the current air conditioning system to x3 of our serviced office buildings. 

Point South - x1 outdoor unit + x4 indoor cassettes (serves x4 offices &  1300 sq ft)

Point East - x1 outdoor unit + x4 indoor cassettes (serves x4 offices &  approx 1200 sq ft)

Point North - Replace the existing VRF ducted system with multiple wall mounted systems. (ceiling cassette in the large open office). 4no. external units. Serves 2590 Sq ft & 8 offices of varying sizes. Floor plan available on request.
