We can provide a traditional lease exclusive of any additional services and with the freedom to make the space your own. Alternatively, we can tailor an agreement to your specific requirements to create a hybrid or managed office solution which includes services such as utilities, broadband, meeting room use, postage etc.
We can also configure and fit-out the space to your requirements, rolling your capital costs into a regular monthly or quarterly invoice to aid budgeting and simplify administration.

Prices for our traditional leased office space starts at £11.50 per square foot dependent on size.
Prices for Managed Offices are dependent on requirements. Minimum floorspace 1,200 square feet.
Minimum lease term 5 years, with negotiated break clauses.
Offices have suspended ceilings, lighting with PIR sensors, power and IT floor boxes, and Cat 5 cabling.
Allocated parking is provided and there is a bike store and showering facilities.
